NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18^th April, 2003

S.O. 446 (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 58E of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby authorizes all the officers not below the rank of a Deputy Inspector General of Police to exercise the powers of section 58(e) of the said act.
