S.O. 1091 (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 2002 (16 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of September, 2003 as the date on which section 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
